Let’s work together.

  • CULTURAL STRATEGY

I help brands, cultural institutions, and creative projects deepen their engagement with African and Afro-diasporan communities. This includes audience engagement consulting, cultural fluency guidance, and advising on programs and partnerships that require nuance and intention. My work ensures cultural alignment, integrity, and real impact.

  • CURATION & CREATIVE DIRECTION

I curate immersive cultural and design experiences that center African and Afro-diasporan creativity. This includes showcases, pop-ups, exhibitions, and brand activations shaped with depth, context, and respect for the creative ecosystem. I bring a curator’s eye, a strategist’s perspective, and a commitment to presenting work with care and intention.

  • ARTIST REPRESENTATION

I represent a select group of artists and artisans whose work reflects the craftsmanship, heritage, and innovation of Africa and its global diaspora. I facilitate the placement and sale of their work, connecting them with collectors, buyers, and opportunities that align with their creative goals and long-term growth.

Testimonials

  • “Michelle participated in a panel discussion that recognized the complexities of Allyship, what it looks like and how to be an ally without having a shared experience at an intimate event at our school. She truly engaged with our audience with her transparency, humor, and expertise. Michelle has a way of connecting with people on an organic level and imparts techniques and takeaways that provide useful tools to positively impact their lives. The guests left feeling motivated and inspired. We look forward to having Michelle back to speak in the future.”
